GENERAL LISTING INFORMATION

Listing Agreements between Agent & Seller are usually for a period of 90 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Commission will be paid to the Agent by the Seller upon completion of the transaction by either one of two methods:
The Agent will retain 10% of the Selling Price
A pre-determined "net" amount will be received by the Seller.
All equipment is to be free of all liens and encumbrances.
A fee of $1 per day will apply to all equipment displayed on our outside sales lot.
Although the Agent will take all reasonable care and provide all reasonable security, any theft, loss or damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of The Seller while on the Agent's premises or in his possession. Proof of insurance coverage must be provided at time of acceptance of this contract.

I will fax you a copy of the contract. If you agree with the terms, just sign it, send it back, and I'll get your boat listed
on the Internet as soon as possible. If you have pictures of your boat, I'll forward instructions on sending them to us by computer.
